Multiple Rift Herald spawns.
Say Baron spawn time is pushed back to 25 minutes, first Herald spawns with first Drake. Tone down how tough Herald is to kill both when activated and as a nuetral objective, then let the base damage it does on charge scale with spawn so first spawn takes 1 plate, second takes 2, third takes 3. And let the strategic choices take effect. I feel like Drake vs Herald choices would be more meaningful, is the team looking to scale? Does the team want to rush an early item for one lane? Do they want to open the map?
