I need urgent help!

I havent played LoL in 2 months, and now I'm experiencing a problem where the game responds too slowly to my keyboard. My clicks take 1 second to register (noticed it when typing in chat)

The problem appears somewhere between 2 and 5 minutes into the game, and it reappears periodically

My ping is fine, my fps is 60 always. If it helps the problem started after the major win10 update.

This problem is super annoying and it cost me my life multiple times. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Edit: this problem is exclusive to LoL, other games i play are fine
