Have Eternals turned off but...
I keep seeing some new death recape below the old one and my gray screen is now cluttered with two recaps. Is Eternals still on?

Eternals being turned off in the options will disable the lower-mid right hand notification pop-up things, but the death recap can not be disabled. I think it's redundant and messy to have two recap style things but it can't be disabled.
You want it disabled, Riot wants to shove it down your throat. Small chance it will change in the future.
You can't disable the death recap eternal advertising but you can drag it to a different location on screen like the corners. Unfortunately not to the same degree as the ingame shop as then rito couldnt shove eternals down your throat.
Also the collection tab looks ugly as fuck with eternals being the main tab instead off "overview" tab but I guess £€$ is there only concern
Unfortunately Riot decided that the eternals death recap was the most important box on your screen. Not only can you not disable it, if you want to try moving it off your screen like chat, actual death recap, store, surrender vote, you can't. It needs to have every single pixel of itself on your screen or it will jump back.
