PSA. Riot won't change anything in the Star Guardian skins, cuz they don't care about our opinion

We've seen it multiple times, most recently the Project Jinx aswell as the Arcade Caitlyn Prestige Edition-splash art. They simply don't care. They know people will still buy it, and therefore won't change a thing.

There's really no use in giving Riot our opinion on the Boards, because they don't care

They did change the Caitlyn splash art though. They also did change Ahri KDA Prestige's splash art AND colors around COMPLETELY due to community push back.

Now am I kidding myself into thinking they'll listen to us on the Star Guardian skins in the same way? Well no, nothing will be done immediately like Ahri and Cailyn were fixed immediately.

However I AM hoping all the constructive feedback against the SG skins, not just the "FUCK YOU RIOT YOU SUCK" posts , will actually lead to us getting uncorrupted variants of some sort for Zoe, Xayah, and Rakan in the future that also come with uncorrupted VFXs. I don't have a HUGE amont of hope for this, but the hope is there......

From what I saw, what you guys were asking for with PROJECT: Jinx though was a bit too much, though. You were asking them to completely scrap and re-do the skin the way you wanted it to be, completely disregarding the creative approach the skins team took with the skin just because you thought the fan concepts were better(they aren't obligated to use fan concepts with every release anyway, so you guys should have never gotten your hopes up to begin with).

Completely re-doing the skin is something they can't do after it is placed on PBE. You're asking them to erase and re-do months of work just before the skin's launch. That's not going to happen. If the skin was going to get redone, it was going to be in the initial, internal testing stages, before it even hit PBE, because that's the only time they can make such drastic changes, and even then they might not do it due to time constraints. They have a schedule they have to follow, after all.

The colors not matching the film is sorta careless.
