I don't really understand Prestige Fuzz Fizz is a prestige points skin

I mean, the skin is tied directly to the vs event. Would it not have made more sense to have an event pass for the cat vs dogs event as well? That way, players can get the prestige event skin by participating in the event that the skin should be advertising (I know, technically there are 4 other skins advertising the event, but you get the point), like the Vayne prestige skin for example. I know this really isn't a big deal, just feels sort of inconsistent.

Little side note, there really should a prestige skin for one of the cats skins as well. As someone who is wholeheartedly team dog this event, it feels kinda like the cats' side got cheated pretty damn hard this event.
