It's a small and personal thing, but I'm finally here. 😃

Yeah, I guess this is another "I'm quitting League" post, but it's not sad or angry, made from current events or whatnot. This is a promise to my friends. ##It's a happy story, and I'd like to share it to some people.
I started playing early 2012 on the NA servers, because OCE didn't even exist. This game has provided many hours of fun, mainly with friends. I have grown attached to so many ideas and concepts, which have all come to fruition. The rise, fall, and release of Ao Shin. The tragic demise of Dominion, despite it's casual nature. The origin of the beta gamemodes. The very first URF, and the birth of the RGM queue. A single spike into Gold, before falling back to low Silver where the game is more fun. The many many metas over the years. I have loved it all, despite what I felt at the time.
I will continue to avidly follow the lore. I will maybe occasionally play the game, perhaps every month or so. Maybe if they release some updates for my favourite champions, or another unforeseen event. Yeah, it's not 100% over, but it's still a big jump for me. Again, this is not a sad moment. It is a happy one.
So what's with the picture? Well, it didn't take me long to realise my favourite champions. I first played Kog' Maw, first purchased Nunu, and came to treasure Aurelion Sol. Perhaps, the most consistent of all my champions was Twitch. I wanted to own all his skins, as I felt - especially back in 2012 - this was a big statement to make. Most of the skins fell into line, except a few.
Kingpin Twitch, Whistler Village Twitch, and Medieval Twitch.
The former 2 were my biggest milestones. I was so incredibly happy to finally purchase these skins when they released. It made my mission for Twitch feel challenging, as I had to wait for the right moment to snag my skins. The last skin, Medieval Twitch, remained out of my reach. I promised, as the years grew on and my fondness for the game dissipated, alongside my friend's departure, that I would achieve this skin before I quit the game. What a noble goal!
Yes, I had multiple opportunities, and I only just missed out on the 5 friend recommendation mission. That truly hurt. However, when they announced the honour rewards for Season 8 would be Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick, I was quite excited, as I knew this was my last true year of playing League. I had been fortunate to snag Grey Warwick out of a chest the year prior, so I was ecstatic.
Long story short, I have just unlocked Medieval Twitch tonight, and that officially fulfils my final wish for this game.
