I'm sure glad Riot have mature people in charge who are not only receptive of critical feedback, but also take action on it. Some dev companies out there can't help but make smart-ass responses and largely ignore massive community protests and demands. But I don't have time to explain why I don't have time to explain.

I wonder how much it hurts them to be nice sometimes.. Considering the flame they must get from players that bring the punishments upon themselves (bans, restrictions, etc)

If you can get a response sure, but I can't get a damn response on the item set tool trying for 9 months to get one. I fucking loved that tool, and it is still unusable.
Now they keep announcing skins we have been ~~crying ~~ asking for.... I think they may have found the real answer here... ‘just give them whiny masses what they want’
