Please fix levelup bad luck protection

1. I got lower threshold (800-900) value 3 times in a row
2. I been playing league for 2 years and own almost all low tier champions. The fact that I'm getting lower value BE and shards for old champs (450-1350 mostly) fells like you are forcing players into buying champions for RP.

This time I got: Soraka, Alistar, Master Yi, Taric and to top it all out Amumu. Are you taunting players?!
