Please remove the champ select lockout editing of Wards/Emotes that

lasts until you pick a champion. When I'm last pick, I have nothing really to do, so sometimes I'd like to muck around. I can't really imagine much of a reason to lock those out since there aren't really Emotes/Wards that are champion specific.
