When new Fiddlesticks comes out, can we keep some of his meme-y elements in his Surprise Party skin?

Ya know, as a tip of the hat to old Fiddle — balloon animal symbol replacing some basic ability, putting the party hat on the fear symbol, and maybe a joke or recall that turns him into his old derpy model.

I’m super duper excited about the new Fiddkesticks. He looks so scary and awesome. -
