Nidalee Not on Blood Moon?

Just wondering why Nidalee isn't available on the Blood Moon map. She's classified as an assassin. I don't play her that often, but I like to play her on special maps sometimes like these.

Yeah as far as Riot is concerned Nidalee can go suck a fat one. They are even nerfing all the masteries she uses and not giving her anything in return again. Don't bother mentioning her anywhere. She doesn't even exist.

To be fair, she was absolutely queen of everything when strong enough to be viable.

Someone with their head wrapped around her could take over games at level 3. She could outfarm you, outskirmish you, and outpoke you, all while scaling well into lategame as a pokebot with a heal.

TBH the last time Nidalee was viable without being problematic for the meta was back near the end of S4, when she was played toplane either AD or AP, and that was back during the days of the cancer spear mile wide oneshots.

I play her top as AD/Bruiser now. It feels a lot nicer than being in the jungle now to be honest.

Yeah Nidalee top was cancer and jayce, gnar and quin aren't when meta is in their favour... right.... At least Nidalee was never braindead to play and doesn't have free CC and utility (unless you count garbage heal)

I think because they don't want some champions that don't fit in the mode. Nidalee is alot more about objective control and poking with spears, and less about fighting and assassinating. They want the entire mode to be just running around and killing people, which is why she is not there.

they took Nidalee 's spot for Camille . Is rito telling us camille is an assassin? Because i dont think a top lane/jg tank assassin is healthy

From what i can tell is they added champions with high burst potential( with some exceptions) but are squishy, which is why there is no armor. You could go full ad camille and it might work but odds are ulting into the enemy team is a death wish. Think they didn't add nid because she could just spam q

Ranged AD would feel bad for taking the ghouls. It is just a big inherent advantage there.

That argument is bollocks when you consider Ahri Leblanc Elise Kennen are in the mode, as well as many champions with long-range poke such as Zed Shaco Akali Khazix

The ghouls don't die per-AA, they have actual HP bars. All those champions need to blow CD's to clear the ghouls quickly at range, meaning those CD's are not up to fight for a window of time. It can be a huge risk.

Because they'd rather not have someone who Sieges in a game mode with Assassination being the core theme. Even if she is played as an assassin, she can group her team and push turrets, while constantly throwing out spears, while the Enemy team has to contend with it.

Nope, haven't, as I've been told there isn't any pushing. Regardless, I think what Riot want's is interaction, and want to avoid cases where Nid just hides and chucks spears.

To be fair the assasins allowed in blood moon are much more agressive and stuff,where nid isnt. Nid can one shot you with her Q,while for example Katarina needs to use her Q and W to be able to trick the enemy and do massive damage. Nid can just Q you and jump on you in cougar mode. Its like lux,you just Q and then just E. Just different abilities.

No. There are standards for communication because if we all agree on them, we can understand one another. It's not for conformity, it's not because you have to do what we say, it's transactional.
