support is actually so much fun. He's relevant all game if you play him well and he has an incredibly braindead kit. If your adc gets gigatilted, you can still carry. The new support changes means he can build GLP much faster now, which means you can run Glacial on him for even more slows than normal. Plus the XP nerfs to botlane are an indirect buff to his passive
