Quite neat, but I will only believe it once I see actual PBE Changes or something being released to Live Servers. Riot's Promises and plans come in cheap words that mean nothing now a days.

Zilean: scaling is super bad, huge mana costs compared to other mage supports. He has good potential, but lategame damage is extremely low. Even if you are fed as hell early his lategame is pathetic.

Core problem: he is a mage mostly. And such as that he is viable on the solo roles. Buffing his late damage hard would be toxic for other roles which gets that damage earlier. They should either move him to pure mage style, or make non-support Zilean bad. For example reduce Q damage on minions.

Draven is strong as hell already, and not exactly unpopular either. I think a bit nerf in his early damage might be good though. That is ridicilously high.

Taric: Jack of all trades, that ends up having nothing. Use less stats, or make each used good. And rework, or at least make his Q cheap. He is the only support, that has his heal/mana ratio below 1. Even if he heals both his target, and himself. Also he is like forced to go melee range to abuse his skillset, but he is simply not tanky enough at all. Either rework, that he doesn't need to go in, or make him tanky enough to take the damage.

The next 3 are nothing extra. Lategame Vlad is strong, but hardly unbeatable. All you need is heal reduction, and he goes very much mortal. Of course, if you are surrounded by fools who NEVER GO OFF-META style, then he is strong. Sometimes sacrificing one item slot worth it for the win.

Though i would rework the entire healing mechanism by erasing, or reducing griveous wounds, and readjust the champions. Like seriously. When you gona cut any damage type in half by a 800g. item?

Uhh, sounds like in some cases they'll be trying to fix things that ain't broke.

I just can't believe that Vlad has stayed as is for over a year
