this game is trash but i really like the concept rito messed up now that i have gone on a rampage and got 10+ accounts banned with toxicity, afk and int as my parting gift to this game, anyone know any replacements that are actually good?

The problem with the Dota-clone market is that there's really no quality competition. You're Options are Smite (3D'ish), LoL (DotA+), DotA 2 (Classic), and HotS (Simplified).
Other options come and go but they tend to die off pretty quickly. HotS is already in the down-swing after Activision-Blizzard gutted the dev team.
only ones that don't exist anymore outside of fan servers. gigantic for one. riot, btw, should recruit that entire gigantic dev team and have them china the game with league characters. it would be fabulously fabulous.

Lol if you think League is harsh on punishments just wait till you get a game ban on steam because of dota 2 or your blizzard account if hots.
There aren't any good MOBAs from what I have seen. Overwatch is a more technical 3d concept of what League of Legends is. Same team of 5 players, same concept of "pick your hero" and more of a "king of the hill" objective as opposed to the attack/defend the nexus objective of league of legends. Overwatch still has its issues but they're more in check than what Riot is putting out.
I hear DOTA 2 is better balancewise but looks worse imo. Heroes of the Storm if you like it simplified.
