You're pretty much legit trolling, as well as stating that you are so unskilled you need to attempt to cheese to win lane at all. And then it still backfires on you more often than not.
Play the game right, stop putting your whole team in a hole by not taking tp for cross map play and the ability to actually push multiple lanes at any point past early game. Especially when there isn't another tp on your team.

Then again, top is a island and generally if one top laner gets sort of advantage they can snowball the lane.
It has it's pros and cons.
Teleport has a longer cd than flash of 6 minutes. You will probably only use teleport 2 or 3 times in a game with the first one to get back to lane quicker.
i just played against a riven top lane she took ignite i nearly beat her 1 vs 1 as maokai with out ignite or damage items she killed me in that 1 vs 1 only due to ignite.
come end game my team had all drags, turrets, inhibs and baron ( we open da gates ) i went 4-4-11 riven with a full damage build with ignite went 4-9-8
I used to take TP but after the nerf it's basically trash, and I started using barrier on tanks, ignite for bruisers.
