Riot why don't you have a log out of all devices option?

Someone close to me was recently permabanned for using scripts but the reason was because they were hacked. Since so many people on boards are having the same issue it cannot just be because people are doing something wrong. So, why the hell do you not have a log me out from all devices option or a two factor authentication yet? What's the point of changing passwords when someone is still on your account on another device and can still jeopardize your account? I get that your game is missing a lot of things, but at least protecting the player's security should be the main priority you should get done before game balances or adding new features to the game. No excuses.
