I just bought $10 of RP for 2 skins in My Shop and now I'm 4 RP from being able to buy them both
I've heard rumors of Rioters closing the gap if you're only a few RP short, any chance I can get some help here?

Send in a support ticket and draw them a lil piece of art. As long as it has the tiniest bit of effort (could even be in MS paint, they're not picky), you can get that 4 RP easily.
