News flash Sett was bugged and it inflated his Win Rate. Riot already confirmed Sett's WIN rate is lower after they hotfixed his E bug.

As for you question

Sett the 3rd best Juggernaut in the meta behind Darius and Morde. Sett is probably like the 30th best champ overall and he has much more counterplay then

What's so hard to understand? That WIN you are quoting includes all of 10.2. It's not accurate.

What's so hard to understand? That WIN you are quoting includes all of 10.2. It's not accurate.

If you think the E bug alone is the reason for his crazy WR (keep in mind his WR is high while having a high playrate), theres absolutely no reason to pursue a rational conversation with you.

News Flash Garen is a Juggernaut as well. Also why are you so defensive? I don't think theres much arguing that he's not OP, his W alone matches (if not surpasses) Morde W, has the AOE size of Aatrox 2nd Q, and deals true damage. Like most new champs he's overtuned, why are you denying that?
