News flash Sett was bugged and it inflated his Win Rate. Riot already confirmed Sett's WIN rate is lower after they hotfixed his E bug.

Sett the 3rd best Juggernaut in the meta behind Darius and Morde. Sett is probably like the 30th best champ overall and he has much more counterplay then
