Does Riot Ask Why You Quit/Took a Break?

I know a lot of companies send out surveys if you don't use their service for a period of time, cancel an account, etc. If I uninstall the game or don't log in for a while can I expect a survey? I used to work in account retention at a brokerage firm and I know feedback delivered through certain channels are typically taken much more seriously than random griping to a customer service rep, on a forum, etc. Would love a chance to drop some feedback if it were going to be read and taken seriously.
