If the MSI has occurred, that means it's officially mid season. You've released an Essence Emporium at mid season for the past 2 years, so where is the one for this year? We were promised the Emerald Chromas for Program LB, Infernal Amumu, as well as the "But Why?" Odyssey Sona emote in the mid season Emporium. So where is it?
They have some new chibi champ icons on the pbe, so my guess is next patch.
I've been asking around (various Reds), but no one replies to me.

They have the champ icons that appear on the market for a couple weeks on the PBE right now so likely next patch.

Considering every season has about 23 patches and we’re at 9.10, we’re not quite halfway yet.
The last news we had was a April 11th Ask Riot saying it will return in the next few months.
So just wait until it returns sometime in the next 1-5 weeks.
It will most likely be in 9.11 next week, since they have new chibi icons on the pbe and those are generally part of it.
