I am the only one unable to turn on the League Client?

A window doesn't even appear.

UPDATE: Had to uninstall the game and then reinstall it, that seemed to fix it for now.

When this happens to me, I check task manager, and for some reason, there will be multiple instances of League running (at least four). So after shutting all of those down, I can then open league like normal.
