It's a lie, that a million dollar game company shouldn't listen to its community

Just look at Digital Emxtremes or Grinding Gear Games. Both Warframe and PoE are free to play games with more than a million active players at peak, and yet they never fail to deliver and when rarely they do, they man themselves up and correct their misdoings ACCORDING TO COMMUNITY FEEDBACK.

Heck, in PoE they even let supporters design In-Game Unique items.

I believe Riot should a learn a thing of two from them.

What do you think Riot should listen to, and more importantly who?

You will never please everyone. There's tens of millions of players each month. Millions will disagree with you. If Riot listens to them, they're still listening to the community. p

Riot should listen to some things, but not everything.

The vast majority of this community, especially on the boards, is, for lack of a better term, a bunch of angry children that don't know what they're talking about. This game would probably be a lot worse off if Riot did actually listen to every little thing the community says, especially when it comes to balance.

Stuff like bug reports, feedback on things that affect the game(like the removal of TT), player behavior outside of flaming(afk, trolling, inting, ect), ect, are definitely something that Riot should listen to more often. Things like balance, though? Should only really listen to the people who know what they're talking about, and not the people who are screaming and crying about how "broken" a champion is because they lost 1 game to them.
