Can I get some help troubleshooting internet problems?

I recently 6 days ago started having internet problems, not just league problems. I submitted a ticket for help from riot 5 days ago and have gotten NO help at all.....

As of the moment, I'm in a relationship with a girl that lives halfway across the world. She plans on moving here to the US, but atm the only thing we can do is play League together because her computer isn't decent enough to do anything else. I've been trying relentlessly for the past 6 days to try and fix this problem and have had literally no luck with anything I've tried, which is saying a decent amount since I'm moderately adept and fixing internet problems. This is the first time I've ever had a problem that I couldn't fix myself.

As for the issue, my internet seems to be cutting out very... weirdly. I have minor problems with discord with disconnects and not hearing partially what people say. On league, my problem is that once I get to making a lobby and then finding a game, my ready check never shows up. If it does show up and I get into champ select, I'll generally lag out between phase shifts, whether it be from banning to picking or just pick to next pick. However once I'm physically in-game, I don't have a SINGLE issue. No hiccups in my internet, no ping spikes, not a thing. It works flawlessly.

Things I've tried:

Restarting Computer Restarting Modem and Router A lot of ipconfig stuff (specifically, /flushdns, /release, and /renew) Reinstalling League Completely Disabling both Windows Firewall & Avast, Then Redownloading and attempting to Play Port Forwarding to my Router

Sadly, I won't be able to send files for you guys to dig through. I don't want to really give out any information that may be sensitive; I just want some help brainstorming what the hell is going on, cause Riot seems to not want to help me.

And yes, I know I should have put this in the support forums but..... no one looks at those forums and I'd get the same result as me sending in that ticket. Spending time with my bae means a lot to me, and the fact that I haven't been able to for nearly a week now is severely depressing me.

Try contacting you ISP, They will be able to help you more then these forms can if you already did all that stuff with the router. In my old house I had a packet problem and it messed up discord as well as league not in the way you have described it though as I had problems in game as well.

Without logs of some kind, it's not possible for us to guaranteed help you. You've already tried all of the generic solutions.

That said, based off the fact that your service in League itself is perfect, I'm going to guess it's a quality of service issue. With QoS, your router prioritizes traffic based on how important it is, there are settings to rank it. It sounds like your router has League itself set to the top priority, but Discord, League client, etc, set to much lower priorities and is allowing other background internet tasks to take priority over them.

I would try turning off QoS and seeing what happens. (It is likely that disabling it entirely will cause you some sort of issues at times, but it's the fastest way to identify if QoS is causing the issue. If it turns out to be QoS, you can go in and actually fix it later.)
