Can we talk a bit about Essence Reaver and the fact that its more of a top lane item than an ADC one

I don't know if anyone else besides me noticed this, but Essence Reaver really on works on a select few people. And then, you get to top lane. This item has single handedly broken almost every top laner off the plain of existence now. For people wondering WHY, lemme put out its passive: Essence Font.

What Essence Font does is this: When you use your ultimate, it gives you 30% Attack Speed and decreases the CD of all your other Cooldowns by 20% whenever you auto attack for 8 seconds. Now lets get to why this is retarded.

In my case, I tried it on Fiora. When you would buy this item on Fiora and ult someone, your Q would ALWAYS be up as long as you hit someone with it, and it also allowed you to parry about 2-3 times in a fight that you shouldn't normally be able to.

But I know this applys to much more than that. I saw a Renekton run it and he literally could just ult and spam spells with no discretion at all. Jax and Riven are about in the same boat, as long as they're halfway decent. Kayle can use it to repetitively Q and heal in a fight, Jayce can use it to get NO Cooldowns on his abilities when he switches....

What I'm saying is that this item is quite viable. Too viable actually. I think something needs done to address this and put Essence Reaver in a place where top laners can't use it as much. As much as I love building it on them, its broken..... just too broken. It needs adjusted.
