The Game is Not Getting Better and Developers are Not Listening (Still)
The harsh reality is that this game is at a stalemate and not getting any better. Yet again, Developers want their community to be patient and just wait. We have been reassured since the middle of last year that changes were coming. Where are these changes?

The Developers are just not listening and pumping out solutions for known problems. Riot Game Developers had half of 2018 to fix damage creep, minion blocking, and nerfing outlying champions. It is 2019 and not even the preseason changes addressed this. Where are the nerfs and where are the solutions for minion blocking and damage creep? The game has way too much damage in it.

Champions are receiving comments, balance changes, and reworks based off of what skin is coming out next. Unless the champion is a popular one and gets a skin every single year, the champions that need attention will not get it until a skin comes out for them. Riot Game Developers have been doing this for years now and they've been told to stop doing it and look at champions regardless. Vayne and Sejuani shouldn't have to wait months to get some sort of attention just because a skin is coming out for them. This also goes for every other champion they do work on.

Prestige skins need to stop. It was cute the first couple times it was released, but now it is becoming apparent that if the champion isn't popular or has a new model, they will not be getting a prestige skin. There is no way getting around it. Riot Game Developers are getting greedy now and they aren't even doing a good job with how they are handling Prestige skins. It's ridiculous to see the same champions getting a prestige skin and another one just being ignored.

There are way to many champions being created and not enough manpower actually being worked on problem champion and older ones. The last few champions that have been released are some of the worst ones created. Public reception for the past few champions and the new one, are not very good. There is just too much emphasis being put on making the game fresh and new and not enough attention being brought to champions already in the game. We see concepts and abilities being taken literally off of older champion's kits and identities and put on new ones. When are Riot Game Developers going to stop working on new champions and prioritizing reworks, skins, and conversations and more with older champions? Enough is enough already man. It's becoming too much to keep up with new champions and the game is getting more and more frustrating to play when the community sees virtually nothing being done on older champions.

Every single year ADC get reworked, buffed, nerfed and than rebuffed. I am literally tired of seeing an ADC update every single year that is taking time away from other roles. I understand it is hard to balance a class like this, but why can't Developers just get it right? Every single year. What happened to the mage itemization and runes update that is supposed to offer more variety to mages? It's literally in the ADC rework every single year. Where is the update to make tanks actually be tanks again and not just damage suppliers? It's literally in the ADC rework every single year. Where is the enchanter class update that we were promised 2 years ago and last year, with changes to individual champions mainly? It's literally in the ADC rework every single year. Stop working on this f***ing class and work on something else for one year.

Ignite, Conqueror, and Duskblade STILL NEED NERFS.
When are these champions getting updates to their kit, art, and identities that were ruined by Riot Game Developers? I see Riot Game Developers not talking about a single problem with the above champions and so many others, but working on the same champions and focusing all their manpower on new and popular ones. Gotta make specific groups of players wait more than 5 years to get work done on their champions. Meanwhile, Ahri, Lux, Ryze, Ezreal and so many other popular and new champions get something every single year.
HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE! DON'T LET THIS GAME DIE BECAUSE OF THEIR BIASED AND HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC. FOR CHRISTS SAKE FIX THE DAMAGE CREEP AND MINION BLOCKING.
