Yes! We, and Riot, know you are having issues. Please be patient and wait for them to fix the problem. We also know you're upset, but it does get tiresome seeing the same complaints over and over again.

Any threads you want to make with complaints about this issue would be better served on the Help and Support board, instead of General Discussion.
