Then also change Nasus's. There's no excuse for letting him lifesteal off of minions after a trade and come back up to full health without interacting with champions. Change lifesteal for ADCs to that same window as well.

Nasus can't do it from safe range, he has to actually walk up to the minions, which leaves him open to harass. It's just that people pick farming champions into Nasus, which works perfectly fine for him, because they can't harass well.

That would kind of gut him in a lot of matchups. Im not sure what they should do to him, but I don't think getting rid of the only thing keeping him alive in the early game would be a great idea

Morgana passive wasnt "changed" it was straight up gutted it is EXACTLY the same is it was (20% healing) but it not instead of affecting everyone it only heals off of champions, lartge jungle camps, and cannon minions.

for somthing that is supposed to "help her" she bascially cant splitpush anymore (because she cant heal off the waves) and the also lowered her max hp by about 200

and considering she NEEDS to be tanky survive getting her ulti off. gutting her heal AND her hp basically means she went from a balanced champ to a trash champ.

the fact that riot even said "they are doing this to try to make her mid lane viable" is enough proof in and of itself that this change was a lie.

ANY morgana main could tell you she has ALWAYS been FINE in mid lane if not downright opressive mid lane... she is just MORE FUN to play as support. she is actaully quite toxic to face mid lane. and no only she can already mid lane.. trying to put her back in mid lane would her kit WAY too toxic. it is a horrible idea all around

it's long due that vamp effects overall get an overhaul. Lifesteal, especially on rangeds, always was somewhat problematic, spellvamp was rather strong first, then nerfed to be pretty underwhelming on all but a few champs.

Imo All vamp effects should have limited power vs minions, and therefor the reduction for aoe should be removed or atleast changed.

I remember semi jokingly saying this. They should cut his life steal effectiveness on minions. Let him and adcs keep it but make it a lower %. A significantly lower %.

The lifesteal issue with ADCs early in lane isnt that big of a problem in my opinion (it does become an issue mid/late game I believe). This is because both ADCs are doing it. On top of them both life stealing, sometimes they even have a support that offers sustain, but the other one can have it too.

For Morgs case, not both mid laners have some kind of excessive sustain mechanic. When I take Morgana mid, I relye upon sustain to help keep my opponet disinterested in attacking me. The changes just make that sustain something my oponent can see coming and try to work around.

In Nasus case, he is able to be shut down hard by a handful of champions, and his sustain puts him in a position to be strong against other champions. So there is an excuse for letting him lifesteal off of minions. Hes immobile, has one CC ability, and has to farm (limited by the cooldown of an ability) to have a mid game threat. If he couldnt keep his HP topped off he wouldnt have much of a laning phase.

They changed Morgana's passive to help her jungle. That was the goal. Whatever they said in the patch notes is just pretty language

Nasus doesn't belong in the jungle.

This would destroy nasus in lane. His lifesteal is the only thing that saves him from having to back every 2 minutes. When people see a Nasus they instantly take advantage and go super aggro to poke him out of lane. If he couldn't sustain then he simply wouldn't be able to lane.

Marksmen getting changed in that way would completely destroy lifesteal as a stat.
Many marksmen wouldn't even utilize it as when a fight happens, you don't have a health pool large enough to use it so you're putting all your luck into crits and AS, which you don't have enough in the early to mid game anyway. And when the late game comes, it's all about burst at that point so lifesteal doesn't matter as you either blow a target up or they blow you up.

So any Marksman who uses lifesteal from AS would take a seat on a bench in favor of Marksmen who are predominantly casters or long(er) range champions.

All these noobs talking about nasus being uninteractive with his healing when literally ALL they need to do is build executioners and harass him right before he walks up to a minion. Just because someone is fuckin ignorant Is never a reason to nerf a crucial part of a champions kit even in the slightest, especially an immobile melee ones.

And while we're at it, what about Maokai? He can do the exact same thing... For FREE
