Could something PLEASE be done about Jax

Every single time he's in my games he just solo carries the team. What the heck does this guy not have? He has insane mobility, more damage than the people building damage, health that's equal or close to tanks, an AOE CC, the ability to dodge any and all basic attacks every few seconds, can split push faster than the Flash, tons of free defensive stats from his R (which is also an extremely low cool-down), his R also basically gives him a free W every 3 autos which can also stack on the W... I mean, what's his weakness? An ability focused champion? Who can stand on equal terms with Jax in a 1V1? Heck, I've seen Jax's jump in the middle of 3 people and solo kill them all. This champion is utter garbage, like how is this even in the game?
