How is't riot support doesn't seem to have all the knowledge they require about the system like how ranked system works etc.

They keep trying to argue against proof that's right in front of them like they wont admit to that accs only played in preseason doesn't start from fresh mmr they start from pre season mmr + soft reset+ pre season mmr mattering a bit less yet they keep trying to argue that its fresh lvl 30 mmr playing plat game XD

Its like they been told 1 thing how system works and then just stick to it regardless of proof they wont admit to them being wrong.

i really just wanted to know if the acc was placed low since pre season mmr matters less or what made it get placed g4 from first game when it was 10% wr with p1 mmr but thee only reply i get is that it's fresh lvl 30mmr acc when it isn't [sg-miss-fortune]

did try tweet at someone from, ranked team multiple times but never get answer so stuck with these questionable support team ppl .
