unranked accs getting wrong placement

I dont see this is server status and riot support on twitter suggest i made a ticket but ticket times are like 4days around this time so wanted to report the bug here in hopes of a rioter seeing it and linking it/ forwarding this issue to the appropriate team working on these issues.

new fresh accounts seem to have same bug that happened with flex q/dynamic q that you can have full plat games and gold/plat mmr and be 8/2 or w/e in placement and you still get placed in iron 2 . [sg-ahri-2]

pls help me make riot notice this so it can be fixed as well.
