I figured out the secret to climb in ranked!!!

Don't play ranked before 9AM (they are super excited for a game but then mom yanks them from the computer because it's time for school), or between 3PM and 11PM on weekdays (just got home after a day of bullying people irl and now it's time to do it some more on the internet), or on the weekend before 1AM (late bedtimes on weekends).

Can't play at any other time? Well, I hope you like trolls and griefers, because as soon as "they" get out of classes for the day you can bet your ass they're heading straight for Summoner's Rift.
