Can't watch replays now because they expire as soon as they appear.

Huh. I can try to start up a replay from yesterday but it says "This replay is from 9.12, you are running 9.13, the game will now exit." but when I try to watch one that I literally just played not even an hour ago it doesn't even give me the option, just says "This replay has expired" and won't even let me download it.
