Fire Up the Portland Server

The Pacific Northwest has terrible internet speeds in rural areas. CenturyLink has a monopoly that they leverage by giving their consumers a choice "Do you want 2 mbps down and .54 up, or do you want nothing?" Thus, my ping jumps between 89 and 8000 on a regular basis. This last game I was DCed three times for 5-10 minutes each time. No one else was on the internet. When we had the Portland server, I had 53 ping on a good day. Please re-enable the Portland server and run it in tandem with the Chicago one. I know that you still possess it in the event of the Chicago one crashing. All I ask is that you run both. My enjoyment, and thus the amount of skins I purchase, will increase when I don't have to worry about lag ruining half of my games.
