Buff delivery skins

So i was thinking what if we had "troll" skins for those jungle champions that are played by great junglers and the worst of the worst among them. So Buff delivery Lee Sin, and buff delivery Nidalee are obvious, as those are most likely people to int if you have them in your team. Also buff delivery Master Yi because random kid will try to get out of his elo by abusing this braindead champ but will find out that even Yi isn't braindead enough to help him. So why buff delivery? Because they tend to towerdive renektons and maokais and dariuses on level 3 give them double buffs and then blame botlane for not being top for their level 3 towerdive or whatever. So what do you guys think? Note: this is mostly a meme, but then again its sad reality. IMO some champions should be disabled in ranked for divisions bellow diamond. By this i mean LeeSin Nidalee, Azir, Ryze, Ezreal of course. They pick him miss Q forget to use autoattacks because why would they. And then either run away from the fight while missing every skillshot possible. Or if enemy team has someone fed enough Ezreals tend to accidentaly E into the most fed assassin on the enemy team. So we need Elo delivery Ezreal skin bcs hes not a jungler anymore.
