Riot DOESN'T want balance!

I've been thinking for a while. Having entire teams of people pain to "balance" the game, while the game itself remains unbalanced or gets worse by the patch. Seems strange. I'm a normal guy. I'm not smarter than average i suppose, yet i see the obvious issues they never attend to. So how is it possible that these people who are literally paid for it, don't see them? It can't be. Instead they have this "fck the balance" point, where they randomly buff champions whenever there is a skin coming out for certain champion. And secondly when some PRO-play champ isn't viable in pro-play (SEJUANI) they buff it up. Popular champions never drop out of meta because it's not profitable to lose out on skin sales. Even though if someone likes the skin he would most likely purchase it no matter the meta. They rework a perfectly fine champion (Irelia) the make an abomination (new Irelia) and they try to fix her with 5 movement speed nerf. No one who finished primary school is stupid enough to think that would do anything. So its basically trolling the general playerbase. I like my winrate on her ( somewhat over 70% ) yet none of it is because of my skill with the champ. Instead all of it comes from champion being braindead overpowered so you cannot possibly be normal person and lose on it. She is overloaded and has more mobility than she should have. Akaaaaali is supposed to lose laning phase someone needs to understand that and address that. Getting 150HP at level 4 from throwing a spell with no mana cost is by no means cool. Garen got his legendary skin and some buffs before it and now no melee champ can actually beat him unless he is playing with bandage on his eyes. Even than its too hard because he doesnt have anything to miss Kai'sa does 3 times more damage than she should. Vayne gets a buff on her Q like she wasnt overpowered already ( her kit was always overpowered as an idea i will not brag about it. Its dumb. True damage should exist only and only on ignite. Thats the point of resistances.) If she need to be better buff her physical damage on Q not the bloody cooldown. Now she goes top and breaks the game but eh who cares. On the other hand I haven't seen reksai in months. Why cant reksai get a buff? Where is Syndra who loses laning phase (where she is supposed to dominate) to cannon minion with enemy mid afk. While Veigar who is supposed to lose lanning phase is dominating. And the story goes on. My point is. It's not that they can't balance league. Monkey with a stick and stone could do that. They DONT WANT TO!

I think some of your champion assessments are not correct... but the theme is right. Riot does not want balance. And lately it feels like they do not want a fun game either. It seems like they are more interested in making the game as skilless and unfun as possible.

Nasus and Vlad and Kassadin used to have to scale up to wreck you. Now that "scaling" is about four minutes of the game. :D

I don't know what you dont agree with but i know that i agree with you. There are champs who are supposed to lose early game but now someone said hey but these are weak early and buffed them all up so they cant acutally lose early and depend only if their team hold on for like 15 minutes for a free win

I agree with the theme that Riot does not want balance. Some of the champions listed there are not really a problem but the ones I listed, for example, were classically bad at early game. Now, even trading with Vlad is painful and he has way more sustain than most and too many defenses. Nasus stacks so quickly that the "late game" is an auto loss unless your team knows what they are doing (yea right!?). Etc.
