9.4 on the door and Syndra is still garbage

The title. There is time to hotfix my goddamn champion. She cannot win the lane against the opponent of equal skill. She doesn't carry earlygame. Most of the times she doesn't carry mid game. And she simply gets outscaled in the lategame making her utterly useless as a pick. She has negative winrate, with almost no pickrate which means only mains are playing her and still cannot make her look good. Why? Because she sucks. I have more detailed posts on this topic on my profile but i cant write them long every time.
