struggling to find a way to make old build for raka work with new runes reforged.

usually i'd only need 3 items for the game to end. eye of the oasis, redemption, and warmog's. I'd have warmog's usually by lvl 12, and at lvl 13 i'd have the 3k hp to use its passive. nowadays, i have to struggle to get the warmog's passive at lvl 16! what's the deal. i feel like the new runes totally cucked my raka build so that i can't minmax my hp. any suggestions? i don't feel like overgrowth outweighs revitalize, and i seriously doubt it would be enough to make warmog's work as 2nd/3rd item. FML It was so much fun being a fountain inside their base by lvl 13. :(((((
