Thoughts on loot boxes?

Belgium and the Netherlands are cracking down on loot boxes

As more countries stand up to loot boxes, Riot is no doubt re-considering their options.

The Hextech system has loot boxes, but it also plays a role in getting us free loot and probably keeps prices from rising as much as they could.

Some companies like EA and Activision push it too far, but I don't feel Riot is.
