The "new" death recap UI looks old and low-effort, like something from 2009 - not 2019.

Seriously, is this like a bug where the old death recap UI from years ago is showing? Or is this seriously supposed to be an upgrade?? If the latter, then wow...because it looks pretty awful.

Like I'm not against change, but if you're going to change something such as the death recap ui shouldn't the new one be a visual improvement, not a pretty big downgrade??
