Two Client Bugs Found in just 5 Minutes....??

Not sure wtf is going on with the client atm, but first I log in and my entire "friends" list is empty. Like, blacked out....... So I relogged twice and it fixed it.

Then I get into a blind game to play as Senna, I was going to play her as support but someone called support b4 me so i called ADC...I go to edit my Vayne rune page for Senna and this is what I get: https://i.imgur.com/fUySFsk.jpg I ended up having to play on my Vayne page because no matter which page I selected it would be 99% invisible when I'd go to edit it on champ select. (Thank god the enemy team remade the game.......)
