Can we get increased skin shards chance/OE somehow???!!

Like, in the past 3 WEEKS or so I've gotten two skin shards(not associated with any event). Not only that, the ones i got cost 1500 and 1050 OE, legendary/Epic skin shards. I had to spent event tokens to unlock one tahm kench urf skin, 2 skins, in addition to the already essence i had, i barely made the cut. i now have 100+ OE. There's no way I can unlock these skins at the current output of OE. It would take WAY too long. do something about this.
