If you talk to Rioters, you'll quickly find that this statement couldn't be more untrue. They may not show it in the ways you specifically would like, but this is pretty blatantly incorrect. I know -- I've been there personally and spoken to them, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a company more passionate about their players and their product.
Why are there console games with small teams of people work at some of the game, yet they reply to feedback they get on theere forums and pass on feedback to the right people.
These games usually have smaller playerbases, which makes it easy to pass on input. The smaller playerbases also makes it easier to let people KNOW you're passing on feedback, and makes it easier to parse through for GOOD feedback. League, on the other hand, has over a hundred million players last I heard, and it's hard to find the time to identify good feedback, confirm it's been passed on, and then return to the community with enough of an action plan to make them feel like they're being listened to: the community in general doesn't like just seeing "I've got your thoughts" without also seeing "and this is what we'll do to fix your specific issues."
Riot games, get off your ass and start acting like you care or close you game down because It boring and it a fucking joke!
If you find it a boring joke of a game with a company that doesn't care, I would, again, suggest you find a different game.
