When its Riot going to fix this and stop making excuse all the time. Why nearly every single game is the other team getting one or two plat player and every game I get unranked people. This unfair and boring. dont expect people to keep play Riot if all use are going to do is ignore the problems!
The excuse I get from the support staff is "ow they must have mmr like you" well am sorry someone who in Plat dosnt have the same mmr of people who havnt been ranked
Yeah I know hoe you feel. Even before I hit gold I played so many games with plats and even diamonds specially flex. I fell as though it has made me play a little better though because I needed to focus more and play more passive and im someone that use to feed a lot because instead of farming I just wanted to kill my lane opponent lol. I dont see this problem being solved anytime soon thought.
Normals have a seperate MMR, and more competitive players that are plat+ don't play a lot of normals, resulting in them being similar MMR to years/months ago when they were bronze/silver/gold. If you don't want unfair matchmaking, just play ranked or if you have ranked anxiety, play flex. Nobody honestly cares about flex, and the matchmaking is a bit better than normals.
Normals? I was playing normals after 7.22 because I thought who cares its preseason, but the matchmaking is horrible and I felt like every game was decided by who had the worst player on their team. Back in ranked and it all feels better again.

Most of the time its YOUR mistakes that get YOU killed not ur teams mistakes. If the enemy has a fed member then dont fight them in an even fight. U need to focus on farm more than kills in the early because if u get shut down before u get gold (from farm as it makes most reliable money) then ur prob gonna be useless. So the moral of the story is play safe and dont be so cocky
Also just because someone is unranked doesnt make them bad.
Its totally random. I remember this summer I invited my 2 silver friends. (I was gold at the time) Rest of the team was also gold-silver the enemy on the other hand was Master tier and 2 diamonds + 2 gold. How is that fair or fun for anyone?
They will never fix matchmaking. Shitty matchmaking and shitty balance will doom this game. I already know tons of people that have stopped playing.
I still fail to see why, at the very least, Ranked MMR has no impact on your normal MMR.
I feel like a system where your normal MMR can only be up to a certain number under your ranked one would work pretty fine. Alternatively, have Ranked games balance normal MMR depending on whether or not it's higher/lower (If ranked MMR > normal, winning ranked gives bigger boosts, etc).
At the very least, it can't be worst than the current system that regularly screws games because this one player has a much higher ranked MMR than his normal one.

That's the reason I quit LoL I love the game but hate its matchmaking.
Yeah, they do a bunch of things wrong with MM, like keeping the promotion games, they have no sense. Why would you keep promotions in a such unbalanced game between roles, it's easy to know when you are going to lose just by op.gg your jungler and see if he is filled or main, while other roles have less to none impact in the game outcome...
Riot really needs to just fix this.
Because that's how they make you play this game more and more and more LOL. Its simple logic. I have a friend who works Riot. Well, he told me that it is kinda simple logic to make user play more and more. Every time you get winning steak you get also losing steak by system algorithm.
i mean theres nothing wrong with having a crappy plat in your games. its easy to outplay them and in the end i always get to say: ha a bronze 3 just outplayed you
Plat vs unranked doesnt mean anything. Rank means little anyways.
