Why is it the team I vs get plat players all the time and I get bronze and siliver players???? Riot wtf are use doing. Matchmaking is a joke.

If you want to get matched against people with the same rank then you have to use the matchmaking system that uses rank to determine matchmaking WHICH IS NOT NORMALS.
OP is right. There should be some splashback from ranked. A Master-ranked player suddenly decides to play norms and now he can make every new player miserable for the next 100 matches until his normal MMR starts to catch up. This is the source for a lot of toxicity in low-level play, where players don't even recognize smurfs on the enemy team.
If you don't believe that this happens, friend me and I'll show you a number of recent cases. I'm not saying that the smurf was doing it on purpose. But normal MMR that works completely independent of ranked is probably not helpful.
those bronze and silver players are smurfing then because their mmr is really high. Matchmaking is fine. You just look at rank and think that based on their rank that is their skill when its not.
unless you are talking about normals then thats a completley seperate mmr.
