Stats on % chance of AFKs in each Division

I know I can't be the only person here obsessed with stats.... For the past two weeks, I've been trying to grind my way out of Silver, but I'm having one hell of a time due to getting a DC nearly every other game.... I was kinda wondering if there was a stat chart that says the % of players that AFK in each division. I would hypothesize that Bronze and Silver are easily the highest in terms of AFKs, but as you get higher in the tier list, the lower your chances are of seeing an AFK player.
