mmr matchmaking unfairness

its very noticeable when you get matched with a team with a much lower mmr rating than you

for insatance say i have a 1500 mmr and the rest of my team is around 1200 mmr the whole other team might be 1400 mmr.

i hate these games more than anything because according to riots matchmaking i am expected to carry apparently. I feel as though these games are the most unfun and unfair because that one person is only one person vs very similar mmr valued enemies. meanwhile you have a bunch of retards on your team picking flowers and feeding the enemy. Im tiered of the whole matchmaking thing. i feel as though almost every game is extreamly unfair and unfun. The reason the 40 min long games are rare is because very rarely is a team matched up evenly and thats why the longer the game is, the more fun and rewarding it is.
