I mean, because it DEFINITELY is. A lot of champs have found refuge in this single item. It's practically warping any potential data Riot has gotten so far this pre-season (not to mention Graves and Yasuos+warlords) Haven't seen it this bad since the Black Cleaver incident.
Bonipherus3 votesIt all comes down to HOW Rageblade gets changed. Simple cost increase or a few lower ad/ap numbers won't do too much to address the real abusers. I would like them to address the double stacking on melee champs more than anything but there is a lot they can do to change this item.

The current changes to Guinsoo's Rageblade are extremely light in my opinion. I think this is a good first step to see just how important it is to certain champs now before more specific changes to champions who synergize with it. I hope that they keep tinkering with the cost alone until the champions who love it are the only champs who want to buy it anymore.
