Adding overgrowth and conditioning to the tank buff.

These rune are almost never used or low considered by everyone. Even cho gath or sion has trouble of taking overgrowth since it provide no real help on laning face and a really low late game power (8 minion is 0,2% so for 4% it require 160 minion and for 8% it require 320 minion). For stay near 320 minion as a tank, it require at least 30-50 min (30 if basically you never help your teammate and only farm for all the game). Conditioning compared to chrysalid or second wind is useless. It offer power only after 10 min and the stat that provide are quite bad compared to the amount of true damage and armor pen. Chrysalid give survability and mid game power (50 hp converted to damage) which is usually take on bruiser who has alredy innate armor pen or true damage. Second wind is the always take rune of the tank since their real rune is bad and lose even when is power is up (10 min). Conditioning in particular should be buffed only on the armor % part since mr is alredy enough and not tank class has alredy two rune that work well (chrysalid and second wind) so buffing his base stat could be a little bs on tank.

i think conditioning is easy to do. they can give it the stopwatch treatment and reduce the activation time by 2 minutes down to 8.

or they make the resistance bonus slowly ramp up over time. make it 2 armor and mr every 2 minutes until 8 and then the 5% increase at 10.

as for overgrowth, they could make cannon minions and large jungle monsters worth more stacks. make cannons count 3 times towards overgrowth, and large monsters 2 times.

Just fixing the couple bugs in resolve would help tremendously.

Conditioning is bugged, you don't get all the armor you are supposed to get.

Unflinching is bugged, you don't get the slow resist when your summoners are on CD.
