A single target shield designed for tank support with low cd. This was a good item to help against assassin when they play leona or blitz who lack of defensive tool. Iron of solari is good but it has a big cd and need to be really close.

Then they all got collectively kneecapped to ~half of what their AP ratios used to be.

It's cool to have Twin Shadows back, but it's hard for me to justify buying it when I could get Locket or Redemption. I often don't even bother finishing my support items now once I get to their Sightstone.

in URF item cooldowns were also decreased, right? so i made an "item tank" build.
(back when it healed) 
used it on these 3 champs 
dont remember if i used gargoyle in there but i definitely would now.
anyway, i was told it was absolutely satanic.

Blakiepug1 votesI miss this item a lot. The balance team really ticked me off when they removed it off the premise that it was "too similar to Locket." I know not everyone feels the same, but Riot's "support update" earlier this season killed a lot of my love for the role. Everything feels so pigeonholed now; there just isn't enough variety when all support items lead to wards, wards, and more wards.

It was also pretty good item at engaging, and you always had left to protect allies. Now I am either wasting this item to survive or I am missing tons of good engages and baits.

Ho1d This Q1 votesyes i do miss FOTM however i also dont miss needed to buy a sightstone and have it taking up a slot. if they were to bring face of the mountain back and maybe instead of after collecting enough gold instead of it turning into a sight stone it just upgrades you warding totem to hold the same number of charges as the current wards do

Wild Geese1 votesI like Knights Vow better, I like how it can be built situationally on a tank jungler or even a top Laner, since it doesn't require the support item and has decent personal defensive stats.
