its a good thing.

Give Assassins a larger window for their opponents to react. (Cause Counterplay)

Give Assassins the tools to survive and react with the increased window. (Cause Counter-Counterplay, or Outplay)

Over all, I think Riot achieved that goal kit wise, the rest is just Numbers.

I dunno if you mean you're supporting it or against it. This rework completely trashed assassins. They already had shittons of counterplay.
